Application Information

As part of your application, we request the submission of abstracts for both phases of our Networking Day. These abstracts are crucial for tailoring your experience, ensuring ensuring an optimal matching experience.

Networking Phase 1: Submit abstracts reflecting either your current research or related studies by others in your field. You also have the option to create a 10-15 minute video about your research, which will feature on Neuromatch’s YouTube channel.

Networking Phase 2: Provide abstracts from fellow researchers that reflect your exploratory research interests, encouraging a broader exploration of ideas.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

While we don't have stringent guidelines for abstract submissions, we recommend the following structure to ensure clarity:

• Objective: Clearly state the primary goal or question of your study.

• Methods: Provide a concise overview of the methodology employed.

• Results: Emphasize the key outcomes of your research.

• Conclusions: Sum up the significance of your findings and potential future implications or directions.

• Word Limit: Ensure your abstract does not exceed 250 words.

Video Submission Guidelines

When submitting your video, please ensure that your video is exclusively in .mp4 format. We cannot accommodate other formats.
